Lake Calligaris – Designer TV Unit with Curved Wooden Frame and Ceramic Top
The Lake TV unit by Calligaris, designed by Busetti Garuti Redaelli, combines elegant curves with functional storage in a refined contemporary design. Its distinctive oval silhouette is created by softly rounded sides and a recessed ceramic top that sits slightly within the perimeter of the cabinet, giving the piece a light and sculptural appearance while providing a comfortable grip for opening the doors.
Unlike conventional rectangular TV cabinets, Lake features a continuous flowing form with no sharp edges. The rounded profile allows the cabinet to look equally beautiful against a wall or positioned more freely within an interior, making it a versatile solution for contemporary living spaces.
Behind its minimalist exterior, Lake offers generous storage with three spacious compartments concealed by five handleless doors. Each compartment includes an internal melamine shelf, while the assisted soft-closing mechanism ensures smooth and quiet operation. The cabinet also incorporates integrated cable management, allowing media devices and cables to remain neatly hidden for a clean, uncluttered appearance.
The version shown combines the P1GW Canaletto Walnut veneered frame with a P14C Matt Bronze ceramic top and a P15 Matt Black metal base, highlighting the warm natural wood against the elegant ceramic surface. Additional finishes are available to suit a wide range of interior styles.
