2. Orders & Payments
How to Order
You can browse and order directly from our online store at primo-studio.nl.
To place an order, simply select the desired product and add it to your cart. Once you have completed your shopping, proceed to checkout to provide your details and choose your preferred delivery and payment method.
After your order is submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Our team will then carefully process your order and update you on delivery timelines.

We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer
- iDEAL
- Klarna
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
3. Delivery & Collection
- We deliver across the European Union.
- Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the delivery address, size, and weight of the order.
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
- In-stock products are typically shipped within 2-4 weeks after payment.
- Products not in stock, made-to-order, or customized may take 3–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Alternatively, orders can be collected from our showroom in Beverwijk, The Netherlands.
4. Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations
- Customized items (made-to-order, made-to-measure, or factory-ordered items such as sofas, tables, beds, chairs, wardrobes, storage units, rugs, etc.) cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, all purchases are considered final and binding.
Returns
- Standard products (small home accessories) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must return products unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- We kindly ask that you take charge of shipping the items to our address.
- Customized products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Defective products. All returns of defective products must be authorized by TRON A.F. Return shipping costs for defective products and shipping of the new or repaired product will be covered by TRON A.F.. Please refer to our warranty terms for more details as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
- Item damaged upon arrival. We strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but accidents can happen during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps: Accept delivery if the item is in usable condition. Report the problem to us immediately and send photos or videos by email to primostudionl@gmail.com so that we can determine the best and fastest solution for you.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)
- You have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of standard products within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
- This right does not apply to customized products.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email and return the product within 14 days at your own expense.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods in their original condition.
5. Warranty
- Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report visible defects within 7 calendar days by email, including supporting photos or videos.
- We recommend recording the unpacking process on video.
- If no claim is made within 7 days, goods are considered accepted.
- TRON A.F. provides the statutory 2-year warranty for hidden defects or non-conformity, provided the customer reports the issue in writing within 2 months of discovery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or delivery note) is required.
6. Liability
- TRON A.F. is not liable for delays caused by carriers, incorrect use of furniture, or damage occurring after delivery.
- We are not responsible for indirect damages, including business interruption, loss of income, or data loss.
