The Lake TV unit by Calligaris, designed by Busetti Garuti Redaelli, reinterprets the classic entertainment cabinet through soft organic forms and functional storage. Its elegant oval silhouette, gently rounded ends and recessed ceramic top create a refined architectural appearance while making the doors and drawer easy to open.
Unlike traditional TV cabinets, this version features a practical open central shelf designed for media devices, game consoles or soundbars. Positioned directly beneath the television, the open compartment keeps frequently used equipment easily accessible while preserving the cabinet’s clean minimalist aesthetic.
The storage layout includes two side cupboards, a large open central compartment, and a full-width lower drawer beneath the shelf. Both the side doors and the drawer feature an assisted soft-closing mechanism for smooth and quiet everyday use. Integrated cable management keeps wires neatly concealed behind the cabinet, helping maintain a clean entertainment setup.
The version shown combines the P1GW Canaletto Walnut veneered frame with a P14C Matt Bronze ceramic top and a P15 Matt Black metal base. The warm walnut finish contrasts beautifully with the slim black base and elegant ceramic surface, creating a timeless piece suitable for both contemporary and classic interiors.
