The Fahrenheit Round Altacom dining table combines a sculptural metal base with a round tabletop and a practical extending mechanism. Its compact circular shape works particularly well in dining areas where easy movement around the table matters. However, when additional space is needed, the tabletop extends to create a generous oval dining surface.

The collection includes several sizes, from a compact Ø95 cm version to the larger Ø120 cm table. Moreover, the Fahrenheit Round Super version offers significantly greater extension capacity. Therefore, the same design can suit both everyday dining and occasions with a larger number of guests.

Round table with synchronized extension

The standard Fahrenheit Round versions use a telescopic mechanism with synchronized opening. An integrated folding extension remains concealed inside the table when closed. Therefore, no separate storage space is required.

The Ø95 cm version extends to 155 × 95 cm. Meanwhile, the Ø105 cm version reaches 165 × 105 cm. Finally, the larger Ø120 cm version opens to 180 × 120 cm.

As the table opens, the circular tabletop becomes an oval dining surface. Consequently, Fahrenheit Round maintains its balanced proportions while providing considerably more usable space.

Fahrenheit Round Super

For larger dining requirements, the collection also includes Fahrenheit Round Super AT109S120. It starts with a Ø120 cm round tabletop. However, its telescopic mechanism works with three separate 50 cm extensions rather than one integrated folding extension.

You can extend the table to 170, 220 or 270 × 120 cm. Therefore, the Super version provides much greater flexibility for larger gatherings.

When the table reaches its longer configurations, folding support legs provide additional stability at the outer ends. The extensions remain separate when not in use, and an optional storage bag is available.

Metal base and multiple tabletop finishes

The Fahrenheit Round Altacom features a distinctive crossed metal base. Its angled elements create a dynamic architectural appearance while preserving the visual lightness of the round tabletop.

Moreover, the current collection offers a broad selection of top materials. Options include melamine, shiny glass, open-pore lacquered, oak veneer, Canaletto walnut, mortar-look and ceramic.

For melamine, wood and mortar-look tops, the extension matches the tabletop finish. With shiny glass and selected ceramic tops, the extension coordinates with the underlying panel colour. Therefore, the visual treatment of the extension depends on the chosen material.
