DELIVERY
Shipping Area
We deliver within the European Union.
Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the destination address, order volume, and selected service level.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on:
- the exact delivery address,
- shipment size and volume,
- weight of the goods,
- selected delivery service.
The final shipping cost is confirmed during order coordination.
Order Processing & Shipment
Orders are processed on business days (excluding public holidays).
For in-stock items, shipment is arranged following order confirmation and delivery coordination.
For made-to-order or customized products, estimated production and delivery timeframes are indicated on the product page and confirmed individually.
All shipment timelines are coordinated in accordance with logistical planning and carrier scheduling.
Standard Delivery (EU)
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, standard delivery is arranged to street level (curbside delivery).
This includes unloading the goods from the vehicle.
Carrying items inside the property, unpacking, or assembly are not included in the standard service.
For large or heavy items, customers are kindly asked to ensure appropriate arrangements for safe receipt of the goods.
Should you require inside delivery or additional services, we will be pleased to organize these separately.
Inside Delivery (Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg)
Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, we offer an extended delivery service which may include:
- carrying furniture inside the property,
- unpacking,
- assembly (where applicable),
- removal of packaging materials.
Inside delivery is provided subject to technical feasibility confirmed on site by the delivery team.
We kindly ask clients to inform us in advance about:
- floor level,
- lift availability and dimensions,
- staircase dimensions,
- access restrictions,
- narrow streets or the need for special equipment.
If additional labour or equipment is required due to undisclosed conditions, supplementary charges may apply.
If inside delivery proves technically impossible, delivery will be completed at street level.
Delivery Timeframes
We provide estimated shipment timeframes from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Actual transit time depends on the destination and carrier scheduling.
All delivery dates are indicative and provided for guidance only.
While we make every effort to respect agreed timelines, delays caused by carriers or unforeseen logistical circumstances may occur.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to:
- verify the number of packages,
- inspect the external packaging for visible damage.
To process any potential transport damage claim, a full unboxing video is required.
The video must clearly show:
- the condition of the packaging before opening,
- all sides of the box,
- the complete unpacking process,
- the condition of the product after unpacking.
This documentation enables us to resolve any issue efficiently with the carrier.
Transport Damage
In the unlikely event of transport damage, please notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Your claim should include:
- order number,
- brief description of the issue,
- photographs,
- full unboxing video.
We are committed to reviewing such cases promptly and working toward a fair and balanced resolution.
Failed Delivery & Redelivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- customer absence,
- incorrect delivery information,
- inaccessible premises,
additional charges related to storage and redelivery may apply.
We always aim to coordinate delivery in advance to ensure a smooth process.

Once goods are handed over and loaded by the customer or their appointed carrier, responsibility for transport transfers to the customer.
PAYMENT
We offer secure and convenient payment options for both private and professional clients.
Payment Methods
You may complete your purchase using one of the following methods:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer, payment instructions will be provided after order confirmation.
For made-to-order or customized products, advance payment or a deposit may be required before production begins.
